Results: The fractures most common at age 17 (18.3%). cause in operated fall (48.3%). Most operations performed range 12–17 (50.6%), panfacial frequently fracture localization (27.58%).
Conclusion: simplest effective should be trauma. While conservative may sufficient minimally displaced fractures, open reduction internal fixation are with greater displacement. Fixation materials must necessarily removed since they prevent bone growth. use bioabsorbable plates has been limited recent due their high costs.
